Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the next business day.
Processing usually takes 1–2 days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

If your order is already processed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. You can still request a return after delivery.

Yes. You can request a return within 90 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, email us at support@modevero.com with your order number and a short explanation.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing can take up to 7 business days after the return is received.
Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send photos of the issue and your order number to support@modevero.com
We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, such as sending a replacement, re-sending the correct item, or issuing a refund.
Tracking updates can take a few days, particularly during customs processing or peak logistics periods. This is normal.
If tracking does not update after several days, contact us and we will investigate.
If the order has not yet been processed, we can update your address. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
