Shipping Process
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information.
Potential Delays
If the maximum time for order delivery has passed and your order still has not arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and do not forget to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us quoting your order number.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at email.com before the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly at email.com and include clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for either the correct item or a suitable replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
